Catedral de la Sagrada FamiliaWork left unfinished by the architect Antonio Gaudi, the most important interpreter of the modernist style. Its origins date back to 1883 when Gaudi was given the task of completing the project firstly commissioned to Francesc de Paula Villar. Gaudi radically changed the original project.

Casa MilaIt is known as "La pedrera" for the shape of its fa§ade, resembling a rocky seabed (piedra=rock). Its project was developed by Gaud between 1905 and 1912, with the intention of opening up architecture to other artistic disciplines, such as sculture.
Park GuellCreated by Gaud between 1900 and 1914 and open to public since 1922, it has been decladed by Unesco Heritage of the Huumanity. Initially it was meant to be a "garden-town", located far from the busy city, including 60 residences. Undofrtunately the project failed and only two houses were built.
Font Magica de MontjuicBuilt for the Universal Exposition of 1929, it was designed by the engineer Carles BuŻgas, who had also been in charge of the 1954 and 1955 restoration. Its 9 jets, which change in colour and shape according to the rhythm of the music are an amazing and unforgettable show.
