In December 2002, 56 of the overall 137 apartments at the "Vitget Alpin" holiday residence will become available. These apartments are located in five houses of this extensive terraced residence. The central building and a further eight residential houses are still under construction and should be completed by around autumn 2003. Consequently, during the day occasional disturbances by noise have to be expected.

By Car: Motorway A3/A113 until Chur, continue in the direction of San Bernardino until the exit Flims-Disentis. From there approx. 15 km until Flims. Pass through Flims Dorf, pass the station of the mountain railway, cross the bridge (multi-storey car park to your right). Approx. 150 m after the bridge (at Hapimag sign) turn right and continue uphill on Via Gutveina for approx. 100 m. By public transport: International train connections to Chur, change to the post bus, which will take approx. 35 minutes to Flims.
