The Atlantic coast is ten minutes away and Lisbon is a thirty minute drive.*Please note the Penha Longa Hotel and Golf Resort is under renovation. Work on the lobby, bar area and reception has recently been completed with the Midori and Primavera restaurants reopening February 1st. Work on the indoor pool, golf clubhouse and two new boutiques near the lobby should be completed by the end of February. Meeting rooms in the Palace will be under renovation through April 2005 and a full service spa is scheduled to open in late spring.
